Cancellations or rescheduling made at least 24 hours in advance are accepted without a fee (in certain cases, 12 hours notice may be accommodated).
If a shoot is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
If the appointment is cancelled after I have arrived at the property (on-site cancellation), the full cost of the booked services will be charged.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or message me as soon as possible so the time can be offered to another client.
By booking a shoot, you confirm that the property will be ready at the scheduled time – clean, presentable, and prepared for photography. While I'm happy to assist with minor adjustments on-site, the home should be fully prepared in advance to ensure an efficient shoot and the best possible results.
Please do not schedule cleaners, stagers, contractors, movers, or any other service providers during your photo shoot.
Delays caused by an unprepared property may result in reduced shooting time, additional fees or cancellation/rescheduling.
